Authors who publish with RIBAB: Review of Islamic Business Arbitration agree to the following terms:

Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant RIBAB: Review of Islamic Business Arbitration the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication.

Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (for example, posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in RIBAB: Review of Islamic Business Arbitration.

Authors are also permitted and encouraged to deposit the published version of their article in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other academic platforms, provided that proper citation to the original publication in the journal is included.
