Educational organizations are increasingly required to cultivate ethical environments and collaborative cultures to respond to complex educational challenges. Leadership plays a critical role in shaping these organizational values. This study examines the role of servant leadership in strengthening ethical values and fostering a collaborative culture within educational institutions. Using a qualitative literature review approach, this research analyzes various empirical and theoretical studies related to servant leadership practices in educational settings. The findings indicate that servant leadership contributes significantly to the internalization of ethical values such as integrity, empathy, responsibility, and respect among organizational members. Furthermore, servant leadership encourages participatory decision-making, trust-building, and shared responsibility, which collectively support the development of a collaborative organizational culture. Leaders who prioritize service, empowerment, and moral responsibility create an environment that enhances teacher engagement, professional collaboration, and institutional sustainability. This study concludes that servant leadership is a strategic leadership model for educational organizations aiming to strengthen ethical foundations and promote collaborative work cultures.
